At Rose & Shift (also operating as Shift Happens with Shay), we want you to enjoy your self-care experience with confidence. Please read below for details on our shipping and refund policies.


Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping Carriers: We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
  • Domestic & International:  U.S. only

Refunds & Returns

Because our products are handcrafted and include personal care items, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.


Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital goods (journals, toolkits, meditations, downloads), all sales are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered.
  • If you experience issues accessing your file, please email us and we’ll make sure you receive your purchase.

Workshops & Events

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • If you cannot attend, tickets may be transferred to another person by emailing us at least 48 hours before the event.
  • Workshop handouts, recordings, or templates are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
