Therapeutic Approaches
Narrative Therapy
We all carry stories about ourselves, some we’ve written, some written for us. Narrative therapy helps us gently examine those stories, release the ones that no longer serve us, and write new chapters rooted in truth, strength, and possibility.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
Trauma leaves an imprint not only on our minds but in our bodies. TF-CBT provides structure and gentle guidance to help process painful experiences, build resilience, and create new coping skills. It’s about moving from surviving to living with a sense of safety and hope.
Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT)
Relationships thrive when partners feel seen, heard, and safe with each other. EFCT helps couples step out of cycles of conflict and into deeper emotional connection. Together, we’ll create space for vulnerability, healing, and lasting closeness.
Somatic Practices
Healing doesn’t only happen in the mind; it happens in the body. Somatic practices bring awareness to the sensations, emotions, and memories stored in the body. By reconnecting to yourself physically, you can release what you’ve been holding and reclaim a sense of grounding and presence.
