You've been performing long enough.
It's time to come back to yourself.
Trauma-informed, attachment-centered therapy for high-achieving women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves, and start trusting who they actually are.
You are the woman I built this practice for.
Not "you might be." Not "if this resonates." You.
You are the one who holds everything together while quietly coming apart. The one who learned early that softness was a liability and being needed was the closest thing to being loved. You have been performing, for your family, your workplace, your relationships, for so long that you've lost the thread back to yourself.
You are not broken. You are exhausted from surviving.
And you are exactly who I do this work for.
I know you, because I was you.
I spent years staying invisible to belong. Not rocking the boat. Performing just enough, showing up just right, convinced that if I gave enough, held enough, knew enough, I'd finally earn my place.
Instead I learned what it costs to carry everyone while sinking yourself. I worked late nights. I always volunteered. I fought loudly for people who hid quietly behind my voice. My inner critic had one message on repeat:
"Give everything, hold your pain, or you won't amount to anything."
So I held it. All of it. I kept everyone above water while I disappeared beneath the surface.
And then, slowly, imperfectly, I started catching myself.
That is why I do this work. Not from a textbook. From the inside.
When I say I will catch you until you can catch yourself, I know exactly how to do it. I have lived this terrain. I have trained in it. I have walked women through it hundreds of times.
I'm not new to this. I'm true to this.
I am the therapist high-achieving women come to when they are tired of performing and ready to return to themselves.
If you are a high-achieving woman, a people-pleaser, a perfectionist whose inner child has been knocking, you have found the right space.
You are the woman who:
- ✦ Has mastered looking capable while feeling completely alone inside it
- ✦ Gives generously to everyone and quietly struggles to receive anything
- ✦ Rests with guilt, softens with shame, and asks for help with apology
- ✦ Feels misunderstood in every room, even the ones built for you
- ✦ Has survived systems that were never designed to hold her, and carries the weight of that in her body every single day
- ✦ Knows something needs to change but has spent so long being strong she doesn't know how to let it
You don't need to be convinced that therapy could help you.
You need to be convinced that I am the one to take you there.
I am not a surface-level therapist.
This is depth-oriented, nervous-system-aware, culturally attuned work. I understand the specific weight of being a high-achieving woman of color, the emotional labor, the visibility without belonging, the exhaustion of navigating systems that were never designed to hold you.
I will not ask you to perform here. I will catch you until you can catch yourself.
Treatment Approach
My approach is integrative, relational, and depth-oriented. I draw from Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), narrative therapy, and somatic practices. I am also a trained EMDR therapist, offering trauma reprocessing for clients who are ready to move beyond talk therapy alone and address what the nervous system has been holding at its root.
Emotionally Focused Therapy allows us to move beneath the presenting patterns, the people-pleasing, the over giving, the self-silencing, to the attachment needs and early experiences driving them. Narrative therapy helps you examine and reauthor the stories you inherited about who you are supposed to be. Somatic work brings the body into the room, because trauma lives in the nervous system, not just the mind. EMDR reaches what words alone sometimes cannot.
Sessions are paced with care. I am not a blank or distant therapist, I am engaged, direct, and deeply present. Clients often share that this work feels like being seen for the first time. Not performing. Not explaining themselves. Just being, without judgment.
Healing here is not rushed. It is relational, collaborative, and built around your nervous system's capacity to integrate change, not push past it.
I believe you are not broken. I believe you are exhausted from surviving. And I believe the version of you that you have been quietly grieving is not gone. She is waiting.
I would be honored to walk alongside you.
