Telehealth is available statewide in Florida. In-person sessions are held Fridays at our Lake Mary office.

How we work together.
I use Emotionally Focused Therapy, a research-supported approach for healing relational disconnection, whether we're meeting by telehealth or in person. EFT moves beneath the daily friction to the attachment needs underneath it, the longing to be chosen, the fear of not being enough, the grief of feeling unseen.
For couples preparing for marriage or wanting a clearer relational foundation, I also integrate Prepare & Enrich, a structured, research-based assessment.
