Refund Policy

Shift Happens with Shay Counseling & Wellness, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) wants your experience with our digital products, workshops, and events to be a good one. This Refund Policy explains what to expect if you need a refund, exchange, or have an issue with a purchase.

This policy applies to our non-clinical products and services (digital downloads, workshops, and events) purchased through www.shifthappenswithshay.com. It does not apply to therapy services, which are governed separately by our Practice Policies and Informed Consent for Therapy Services.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable and digital items (journals, guides, meditations, toolkits, and challenges), all digital product sales are non-refundable once purchased and accessed.

If you experience a technical issue, such as a broken download link, missing file, or purchase error, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.

Workshops & Events

All ticket sales for workshops and events are final and non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee. To transfer a ticket, contact us with the new attendee’s name and email at least 48 hours before the event.

If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled date, your choice.

Physical Products

Currently, physical self-care items (offered under the Rose & Shift name) are available in connection with in-person workshops and events rather than as a standalone online store.

If an item is purchased in person and arrives, or is provided, damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will work with you to replace or refund it.

How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

Email info@shifthappenswithshay.com with your order details (name, date of purchase, and item), and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
