You don't have to choose between convenience and depth. Some weeks, meeting from home fits your life better, no commute, no scramble, just a quiet room and fifty-five minutes. Other weeks, you want to be in the room, where presence does work a screen can't fully hold.
This is a boutique, private-pay practice built around that flexibility, with the same depth of work either way.

Telehealth is available statewide in Florida. In-person sessions are held Fridays at our Lake Mary office.

How we work together.
My approach is integrative, relational, and depth-oriented. I draw from Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), narrative therapy, and somatic practices, and I'm a trained EMDR therapist for clients ready to move beyond talk therapy alone.
Sessions are paced with care. I am engaged, direct, and present, not a blank screen. Healing here is relational, collaborative, and built around your nervous system's capacity to integrate change.
