About Your Guide
I’m Shantanique Moore, Shay, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist licensed in Florida, New Jersey, and Washington, DC. I created this guide for the woman who has been strong for so long that she’s started to wonder whether softness is even available to her anymore. It is. And this is where it begins.
